If you own and operate multiple locations, we do recommend each location get its own 10-Digit Textable number recognizable by area code. As a business owner, you will not need to login into each account to ensure communication is running smoothly. Reports can be sent to you via email.
Incoming messages-When messages come into the inbox, they are listed by message, the contact it’s from, the 10- digit Textable number it’s been sent to, and the date and time received. So how can you tell which message is for which event? Simply type your event or wedding Keyword or Keyword/SubKeyord in the search bar and all the communication for that event will be seen. In this example, CKWED is the wedding Keyword. You can also pull up all messages associated with a group name.
