What happens if I don’t use all my credits in a month?
Plans renew every 30 days, at which time any unused credits will expire. Anytime credits are purchased and can be used at any time within a 12-month period.

Can I change plans at any time? Yes, you can.
❶ Visit “My Account” under the “person” icon in the upper right corner
❷ Choose “Billing”
❸ Select “Change My Plan”
Or you can access your account information at the bottom of the navigation menu, add credits, Keywords, Textable numbers or Change Plan.

Can I cancel at any time? You are free to cancel your use of service at any time and for any reason.

How much do credits cost? Each plan is allocated a certain amount of credits per month. 1 credit for SMS and 2 credits for MMS.

Do you charge for incoming text messages? No, income text messages are free.

How much do text messages cost to send using Event Texting?
Text messages cost 6 cents per message with a pricing plan. On the Pay & Go plan messages are 6.5 cents per credit. We do not charge for incoming messages. See our Pricing page for complete details.

Do you charge any fees? Am I required to sign a monthly contract?
We never charge any fees or require you to sign a contract. When you open an account, it is set to the Pay & Go plan. Once you use up the free credits in your account, you can purchase credits to pay for the texts you wish to send. In addition to our Pay & Go plan, we offer monthly plans, which include discounted messages and Keywords. Please see our Pricing page for complete details.

How long may I save my purchased messages?
Unused purchased messages expire 12 months after their purchase date. If you are on a monthly plan, your messages reset at the end of each billing period.

Do I pay for text messages that my recipients do not receive? Yes, we charge you one credit every time our system sends a text message on your behalf, as we are charged every time, we pass your message through our SMS gateway. Click here to learn more about Bounce Back numbers and saving credits.

How do I purchase message credits? Once you log into your Event Texting account, all you need to do is click the link labeled “Buy More Credits” You will be taken to our secure payment server. You will fill out a short form. Your payment will be processed and the message credits will be added to your account instantaneously.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover


Refund Policy
You can downgrade the monthly recurring charge for monthly plans or rental of Keywords and Numbers prior to 4-27-21. You may request a full refund of any unused Anytime credits within one business day of purchase. No other refunds will be given. To request a downgrade or refund, send us an email at [email protected] and include your login email or account number.

Please note that all purchases are final and not subject to refunds after a 24-hour period.
