Why did some of my contacts not receive a text I sent to them? First, make sure the recipient has text messaging enabled with his or her cell phone carrier. If the recipient using a pre-paid mobile phone service, his or her balance may be too low (assuming incoming text messages are paid for). Other reasons may include (but are not limited to) the recipient’s phone may be out of memory, our of the network or the cell phone number was incorrectly entered.

What browsers does Event Texting Support? We support all modern web browsers. We suggest using the latest version of Chrome or Firefox to have the best possible experience.

My Dashboard is not showing updated information what do I do? Hit refresh and your dashboard will be updated.
