When juggling multiple weddings and events, there will be some bookkeeping involved in terms of keeping track of how many credits you are using for each client. Here are suggestions on how to figure all that out!
With their Credit Card
1. Read our post on How many credits do I need? Determine a budget, texting expectations, and frequency of texting with each client upfront and document it.
2. Set up their Keyword and purchase their initial credits with their credit card.
3. Keep a record of the last 4 digits of their credit card and their Keyword
4. Consult your Outbox weekly-You can view a report on each message sent per Keyword from your Outbox. Credits are listed for each text sent.
5. You will also receive an email receipt for all credits purchased and Keyword rented.
With a Business Credit Card
You may decide to bill the client upfront for the proposed services and purchase credits monthly. Simply keep your business credit card on file in the system and rent Keywords and purchase credits all at once, monthly, or as needed.
